Reiki & Crystal Healing

The treatment will start with a 20 minute consultation followed by the Reiki and Crystal treatment. The treatment will last approximately 40 minutes. During the treatment you will lie on a massage bed fully clothed, with the Reiki being passed by hands, palms down above your body in specific energy locations (Chakra). At the end of the treatment the aura will be cleansed and a glass of water offered for grounding purposes.
Even though you feel wonderful after your treatment it’s best to allow at least a week in between your treatments. This time allows you to rebalance physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
Please note: Reiki works alongside and complements other treatments you’re receiving, it doesn’t replace them.
Seeing colours against closed eyelids during a Reiki session is common when the person is highly relaxed. The colours themselves are an indication that you are letting go and aware of the energy flowing through your body. These colours are associated with the 'Chakras' which are the energy centres of the body
Be sure to wear loose and breathable clothes, bring socks as shoes will be removed and feet can get cold (although blankets are provided)
Yes! We have a card reader and can accept card payments in person.
Yes you can. we have space on the driveway for 1 car.
Unfortunatley we don't have a waiting area in the treatment room, however people are more than welcome to wait in the car whilst you have your treatment
The Sunbeam treatment room is located in a dedicated cabin in my garden (See pictures towards bottom), providing a quiet, warm and tranquil space.

Welcome, and thank you for being here. My name is Melissa, and I am the heart behind Sunbeam Therapies. I am qualified in Sports Massage, Dry Cupping, Reflexology, Reiki & Crystal Healing and Zone Face Lift Specialist, offering holistic therapies designed to support balance, relaxation, and overall wellbeing.
First and foremost, I am a mum of two, a deeply spiritual being, a lover of nature, and someone who truly embraces life. These parts of who I am naturally shape the way I work — with compassion, intuition, and a genuine desire to support others on their healing journey.
After spending many years working within the technology sector, I felt a strong calling to follow my lifelong passion for holistic healing. While my career was rewarding, I knew there was something more meaningful I was meant to do. This calling led me to work with the body’s energetic systems, gently encouraging balance, release, and renewal.
Through my therapies, I aim to support both physical and emotional wellbeing by helping the body restore its natural flow of energy. Each session is tailored to the individual, creating a calm, nurturing space where healing can unfold at its own pace. My intention is always to empower, uplift, and improve the quality of life and health of those I work with.
